Welcome to The Mews @ Aboyne Close in Edgbaston, Birmingham. Our spacious and contemporary four-bedroom house located close to Birmingham City Centre, hidden behind the gated & private road of Aboyne Close. Available to rent year round, the house is perfectly located for both leisure guests and business travellers who want to be based in Birmingham for a short or extended stay. 

The Mews occupies a prime position with parking directly outside the property and more parking available in the visitors bay. The flexible accommodation offers four bedrooms, sleeping up to seven guests in either 4 or 5 beds. The property has a first floor family bathroom with bath and shower along with an ensuite bathroom in the master bedroom. The ground floor has a vibrant hallway leading to a kitchen with breakfast bar and separate TV lounge with bright and modern dining area. 

The contemporary chic interior features a king bed in the master bedroom, a double four poster bed in the second bedroom, a single bed in the 3rd bedroom with the fourth offering 2 x single beds or a large king. Depending on the needs of your group, you can decide which option suits you best. 

 

The main bedroom has a king-size bed, flat screen TV along with a desk and lamp for private reading or working. The single and twin also have desks supported by high speed WIFI throughout. The family bathroom has bath, shower, sink and toilet with the ensuite bathroom offering a large walk in shower with waterfall shower head. A vibrant and contemporary ground floor cloakroom offers a 3rd toilet which is great for large groups needing additional facilities.  

In this sought after Edgbaston location, it is convenient to the town centre, local hospital, university, all local shops and public transport. A bright & modern home to work, dine, relax & sleep, fully equipped with everything you need to feel at home. Aboyne Close is 10-15 minute walk from Birmingham City Centre & Birmingham New Street Station. Only 10 minutes drive from J6 on the M6 Motorway, it is the perfect accommodation for people travelling to Birmingham and the surrounding areas for work, business, corporate travel, leisure or visiting friends & family.

Lovely warm, comfortable and stylish house with parking in friendly, safe, central neighbourhood. Lovely warm, comfortable and stylish house with parking in friendly, safe neighbourhood close to the centre of Birmingham. Ideal for a family. Plenty of space. Great selection of books on a wide range of subjects. We had a great stay and may well stay again in future. I would definitely recommend it to other visitors to Birmingham.
